Creating a niche-specific and highly targeted eCommerce website was the biggest challenge of all. To appeal to the overseas Indian community, the platform design was required to be user-friendly and the entire navigation had to be planned strategically.
Moreover, as the website dealt with several categories of products and services, strategic categorization was necessary. The team created an intuitive design with two different menu- one at the top and one in the sidebar, each catering to a different segment. While the sidebar menu was dedicated to the products, the top menu was designed to simplify discovery and local search.
