About App:

House Pulp- An on-demand accommodation aggregation platform

House Pulp is a multi-region on-demand housing and accommodation marketplace that allows users to find, discover and book vacation homes, BnBs and places to live in the city they are traveling to. House Pulp’s powerful search algorithm connects accommodation seekers to owners of homes and rental rooms, solving the discovery and accommodation booking problem. With an in-built listing module, region-wise search option and plenty of other features, House Pulp is an amazing aggregation platform dedicated to the on-demand, short term accommodation market.

Challenges:

Creating a dynamic, GPS-based accommodation discovery platform from scratch involved tackling a lot of technological and logical challenges. Apart from managing the regulatory requirements concerning short term accommodation rental, Team Xbyte was required to create a dynamic solution that shows all the available properties in a given location. This involved development of a powerful GPS-based engine that could update property listings in real-time as the user changes the location.

Solutions:

The solution was conceptualized and developed from scratch keeping in mind the market demands of end-users as well as the expectations of the client. Building a multi platform app development with all modern features, XByte team added value to the project by suggesting useful features like dedicated user profiles, inbox for chatting with property owners, and trips to help users keep an eye on the past and upcoming bookings.
