The admin panel is handled by our client itself, from where they can monitor both the customer and the courier service panels. The courier interface provided delivery details, optimized routes, and status update capabilities. Advanced algorithms helped match available couriers with nearby delivery requests.

Admin panel is for our client where they can approve registration requests for new couriers, remove a courier service provider or customer (delist from the app) in case of non-compliance with the platform’s terms of service, as decided by our client.
