Real estate app development is seeing a massive surge in popularity as the adoption of marketplace apps increases. It allows customers to explore various properties and decide based on the photos, virtual tours, and videos from the centralized property listings.
Dester is a leading real estate marketplace solutions provider that allows customers to access multiple property listings; filter properties based on location and community, neighborhood information and owner details.
The application is intended to make property surfing easier by offering advanced search functionality, verified property listings, and guided 3D home tours.
Challenges:
One of the biggest challenges in this mobile app development was creating an updated property listing solution that collected information from various datasets. Since there are many real estate marketplace applications in the market, it was crucial to design a unique app that stands out from the competition by offering multi-language capabilities.
Solutions:
With our group of developers, we initially focused on on-demand real estate app development and developed a search solution that can collate real-time property information from various datasets. We also perfected the UI to offer glitch-free virtual tours and animations. Additionally, to enhance user experience, we provided advanced filtering capabilities to include multiple languages and crucial neighborhood details.
