The first phase implementation focused on a manually managed system where the administrative staff processed each order individually. This allowed for immediate market entry while gathering data for the upcoming planned Phase 2 implementation of an AI ecommerce portal for vendor automation. As of now we have implemented manual processes, however, in phase-2 this would be done automated via AI & ML.
