Challenges:
As far as inventory management apps are concerned, the real challenge lies in presenting accurate information on items in hand. The count on the dashboard should reflect on the items in the warehouse. Even a discrepancy of one quantity will compromise the entire purpose of having an inventory management app. Besides, this parameter all other actions like predictive estimations of items, sales and conversion ratios and more. We had to ensure this situation was completely out of the system.
Solutions:
To resolve this, we implemented real-time sync features, which allows inventory managers to immediately update items, their quantities and other parameters on their apps.
