Challenges
When it comes to a freelance marketplace, credibility is key. Challenges are mainly in the space, where freelancers are skeptical in collaborating with an employer because of uncertainty in payments and employers are hesitant about the quality of delivery or freelancers ghosting out. Both had to completely know each other for an eventful collaboration.
Solutions
To solve this, we made Runnwork as airtight as possible. Freelancers had to upload their work as part of their portfolio and we also implemented a strict review system so employers could know about a freelancer.
For the employers, we also put a verification system in place that showed their credibility. Besides, we also implemented the Escrow payment management protocol to ensure a safe marketplace.
