Properto - The Most Reliable On Demand Property Finder App
Properto is an app that is built to address and solve concerns in the real estate app market segment. It arrives as one of the most ideal and reliable property finding marketplace that lists verified properties for interested customers. It makes listing easy and simple and finding properties simpler. It offers features like panoramic views of properties, virtual tours and more to offer a seamless app experience. This not only helps customers have a better understanding of the property they are interested in but build credibility for the brand as well.
Challenges:
Properto faced a unique development challenge. It was to do with duplicate entries of properties. This means multiple vendors listing one particular property in a given locality. For a user, this is confusing as they have to scroll through multiple instances of the same property over and over again despite having no interests in them.
Solutions:
We implemented a script that checked several parameters like photographs, builder details, address and more to see if the data already exists in the database. If yes, we would immediately remove the listing. This is a step towards offering a good app experience to customers.
